I'm responding as I'm reading through the posts...

from your post on pg. 2 to what looks like pg. 4 I will not be at all surprised to see one saying the judge dismissed the case on the grounds her lawyer was arguing and that helping illegals evade ICE when they are working for a dictator is indeed part of her duties.

ETA: welp, made it to the end... no dismissal.

she better hope they give her a deal and not make an example out of her. I hope the reality has set in that she possibly fricked her life up for a criminal that shouldnt have been here in the first place..
if it goes to jury they will hang in her district and the judge probably won't even send them back more than once.

So the Feds outta bankrupt her with motion after motion, continuance after continuance and then get her to a plea deal.

She ushered the illegal criminal through the jury door. That's not a part of her duty.

she is dead to rights. It would be a tremendous frick up to cut her a deal. Bondi can’t afford more frick ups

Well judges have immunity too, typically, but I think it's either state-statutory or state-Constitution based. I don't think either can override a federal prosecution.

Here is the deal...it is in fed court. That means that the jury does not come from the city but the neigboring towns and is much more conservative.

Even SFP is admitting this count is screwed. Take it easy on him even though he probably does not deserve it.

That’s saying that I did it, but you can’t punish me. Isn’t that essentially pleading guilty?

So does this mean a judge presiding over a death sentence case can shoot the convicted felon upon hanging down the sentence??

Well, ponder this...

maybe this isn't just a clever ploy and she truly believes this, which is what I believe is the case because her clever defense does indeed match her illogical actions.

Now multiply that by, what- 100 times? 1000's of times? of judges across this country. Local, state, and federal level.

That's how we get squatters rights, bail reform, and judges usurping the power of the executive.

This isn't a one-off. This wasn't a lack of impulse control to which she shows no sign of remorse or accountability. These are true believers who want to impose their beliefs upon the American people as subjects, not citizens. And it is happening everywhere.

This is the tyrannical behavior the left has been projecting upon Trump. With projection they always accuse you of doing what they do... we found it. Unfortunately it is just one of many.
