Liberty-respecting and state theft are common themes and buzzwords for internet libertarians.
I’m willing to concede OP leans more towards anarchy than palatable libertarianism and may even be close to completing the circle to outright socialism and communal ownership of everything, but we’re really just splitting hairs there.
It’s all ridiculous as a real-world political philosophy. Which is why I support seizing Madagascar and giving them their own real-world laboratory.

The funny thing is that these people probably think landlords do nothing for the money they get.
And in their communities it's probably true that landlords do the bare fricking minimum upkeep on their property, because liberal rent control policies have destroyed any incentive to do so by eliminating the return on such investments in their property
