Why isn't advocating for communism taboo like it used to be?

Sort through all the racial BS and the entire BLM/Riots can be boiled down to a desire for hard-core redistributive economics, or communism. Reparations = nanny state = communism. How did we go from being a society that would ostracize openly communist beliefs to one that now has a major political party essentially co-opted by communists and almost put an openly avowed communist as their presidential candidate?
Why aren't we declaring communists as domestic terrorists? Why do we let them exist at all in this country as most can see they are a cancer eroding the fabric of our nation from within? Can we make communism or advocating for it a crime? Why not go to war against them as they are domestic terrorists? If we can eliminate muslim jihadists who look to remake America into their own ideal muslim country, why cant we eliminate communists who also look to remake America into their soviet socialist utopia?

It’s tied with social justice issues that most people are sensitive to. It isn’t simply economic class warfare any longer. It is racial justice, environmental justice, feminism, trans rights, and other intersectional issues being pushed as justice but which require Marxist revolutions to implement.

Just take a close look at these people at the riots. Take a look at the people getting arrested. They are the dregs of our society. They are failures and they want to drag everyone down with them. Luckily, we have all the guns.

We have an entire generation that has grown up without seeing the dark side of communism. They view Venezuela and North Korea as either a 3rd world country or an outlier. They view China as a country weighed down more by overpopulation, than communism. They weren't around to see USSR/Cuba/China, at their most oppressive.

I believe seven spies were caught and everyone accused had their rights trampled and many lost jobs because they were labeled as being red or "pink".

He's not labeling "anything left" as communism. BLM and Antifa openly flaunt communism as a goal. They aren't asking for single payer healthcare. They want a revolution to destroy capitalism. The Democrat party is not calling them out because they need those votes.
