They are welcome. However those ideas are 95% dumb and get shot down quickly.
Note, they get shot down not whacked by the admins. That means when given a fair shake the dumb liberal ideas don’t stand up to minimal scrutiny.

This is exactly the type of mindset I’m addressing. Two wrongs don’t make a right, and just bc liberals tend to shutout others viewpoints, doesn’t make it right for conservatives to do so. In fact, conservatives should want to show those who are on the fence why their belief is more practical/actually works, rather than ridicule them and discount anything they say.

No. Not everyone. It all depends on how they frame their argument.
However, I've made this challenge several times and still no one has come up with any thing.
Name one time that this place has changed your mind about one of your positions.

The issue is that the vast majority of liberals that come to the board do not come here to "learn about" why the other side thinks the way they do.
Most liberals that come here are absolutely dead set in their belief that conservatism is so evil and dumb and comical that we don't deserve to be taken seriously, and thus they come here to post gotchas or russian investigation news.
There are a few lib posters that are genuinely interested in debate, but the vast majority are not here to talk, but to mock and troll.

You act as if the very few posters on the left/progressives bring anything to the table.
They call Trump supporters petty nicknames just like the Trump sycophants call them names.
Hardly any of them bring any astute commentary. They are, in my opinion, extremely equal to the hard core trump supporters. They just get drowned out because there are so few.
To act like the entire board is intolerant is very disingenuous. The posters representing the left on here are horrible at debating and are pretty insufferable.

Engage everyone and win the battle of ideas. Trolls are easy to spot, but it's hardly limited to trolls. I believe this question is valid. The best ideas will rise to the top. We conservatives (a little tribal) should win the battle of ideas.
