It seems an excessive amount of time to acknowledge a group of people without any unique accomplishments or contributions to society.
Moms contribute much more to society and only get one day of recognition.

Pride month is primarily being used to influence societies acceptance of the LGBTQ....XYZ lifestyle. They know in need their hearts there's nothing to celebrate but they need affirmation that nothing is abnormal in the lifestyles. I'm not celebrating Pride month, Cinco De Mayo, Black History, Italian History, Polish History, etc. Give me some good ol American traditions and celebrations based on events in history worthy of celebration.
