I SAID that they just want to be treated like anyone else.
Every group has its militant members, and the majority do not fall in that category.
For the most part, my gay friends are embarrassed by such behavior, just as most Republicans would be embarrassed by much of what is said on this forum by people claiming to be Republicans as well.
