Yep. Why they stuck to the silliest claims, even in court filings is... curious. It's like they had no clue what democrats were doing (and have done for decades).

It's one of the things I don't trust about Trump. His ability to assemble a team, and solve a problem is... nil. In the days, weeks, months, and years after having an election stolen he did... nothing to stop it from happening again.

An example... PA which was possibly winnable at some point... just enacted default registration for almost everyone with a driver's license. It's a ballot harvester's orgasmic dream. And Team Trump did... nothing as it was being passed. No ground game, or no care?

Why is "the law" required to be part of this discussion?

Press conferences could accomplish the goal. No litigation or trial is necessary.

as nuanced as procedure is, as nuanced as every single instance of trial prep and every individual trial is, and how vastly different a given case is from any other……all those endless nuances that you should know go far beyond what the average non-attorney thinks is involved

I referenced people who admitted things on their own in their various litigations, other than Trump. Those cases are already over. No nuance is required.

Vote tallies in the night, mysterious dumps of ballots, states re-writing election law in violation of their constitution, confirmation of batches of ballots without signatures, etc....that election was stolen.

There's no way to prove it unless there's an audit and verification of all the ballots. You need a court order to do such a thing but to get a court order you need to show that it took place...it's sort of a Catch 22.

If Trump could have secured AZ, GA, and WI, he and Biden would have been tied at 269. The House would have decided the race and Trump wins in that system. He lost those three states by about 43,000 votes, combined.

Did the judge even let Rudy put on a defense? I thought she basically granted a default judgment on liability and then had a trial on damages only.

This is called the Alex jones treatment. Happening more and more nowadays.

Sort precincts in a battleground state by registered voter turnout.

Select any precinct with a turnout over 85% of registered voters. Assign a couple data jockeys to those precincts who have some knowledge of each state’s oddities. I.e. - in Wisconsin, which allows election-day registration, find out how many post-election voter registration mailers came back with non-verified addresses.

Take PA high-turnout precincts and start sorting names alphabetically. Hilarity ensues.

In Georgia, find all out-of-state ballots which were returned as in-state voters.

Etc etc.

Rudy had the opportunity in his civil trial but chose instead to not put on a defense and admit he committed a tort against the plaintiffs.
As Ruby basically admitted everything Rudy accused her of, and she did so on tape, in a police station, the whole situation is fairly quizzical.

He didn’t need to “prove anything.” Intelligently raising the issues would have been a good interim goal.

Time Magazine- The Secret History of the Shadow Campaign That Saved the 2020 Election
99% of what happened wasn’t in secret. It was right in front of our faces. Time magazine wrote an article basically highlighting the cheating and dishonesty.

He wouldn’t comply with discovery and defaulted. He did file a nonsensical stipulation that he in fact lied about the 2 election workers, in order to avoid discovery.

He could have testified in the damages phase, and claimed he would, but ultimately backed down. I guess it still wasn’t the right time to drop all the evidence?

It depends on how you define those words.

I'm not being sly. The terms have morphed over time and now things like legal mail in voting are called "fraud".

Do I believe that Dominian hacked machines? Servers in Europe? Millions of illegal votes? No.

Alex jones never responded to the lawsuit and provided no defense. He defaulted all on his own.

Dude, the massive fraud in Georgia is pretty well established.

So established that nothing was done about it.

So established that Rudy can’t produce evidence of it.

So established that Trump will avoid being convicted.

I love living in fairytale land too. Rigged elections. Deep state. But Trump is gonna rip off his suit and Superman his way to victory

I hope y’all like Nikki Haley
