Why does the US Postal Service get a Biden exemption from vaccine mandates?

I mean are these mandates about public health or not? How can you exempt almost 650,000 federal employees from the mandates that you will require of others if this is really about public health?

The United Postal Workers’ Union endorsed Biden for president. They were critical in securing the mail-in steal. This is their reward for a job well done.

No doubt that biden's handlers worked this out with the black-majority Postal union several weeks ago, i.e.told the union they were safe from any mandates.

They apparently aren’t exempt… was clarified on news this morning. They do fall under the mandate.
