Politicians are inherently selfish and will do anything for votes.

Homeless, along with prisoners, are two “constituencies” that get a lot of support from democrats, yet don’t really vote or donate.

What’s up?

Big money is made in providing services to them where you can cook the books and embezzle money.

Rich white people who live in gated communities love the idea of homeless people sleeping on the middle class neighborhoods sidewalks covered in feces, it makes them feel charitable.

The mayor of Austin supports the homeless, against the wishes of a vast majority of his voters,

Not to mention the best interests of his city.

It makes them seem compassionate and tugs at heartstrings. It’s manipulation.

This is likely no longer a valid assumption.

Because homeless people don't do it in seclusion. If they did, I guarantee you no politician would give a shite, but they are highly visible and "tug" at the heartstrings of every single "Karen" in the country sleeping with a potential donor.

But now it is affecting the rich tech bros who live in 1-2 million dollar condos in Seattle and San Fransisco. Just imagine paying high prices like that to find homeless people sleeping in your lobby and feces and needles on your door step.

They pander to everyone and everything that gives the appearance of being the model of acceptance of all. While behind closed doors they’d shoot anyone of them in face and back of the head for political gain or when they’re no longer useful to them.

Because Homeless vote at least twice, maybe more, per election.

They're trying to make as many citizens as they can homeless, they just dont want you to notice, because if you don't the same politicians will sounds pretty appealing to you.

Politicians and more so their donors are all about their nonprofits binging in tons of public money with little or no results or accountability. For many Republicans, switch nonprofits with corporations and you have pretty much the same thing.

For the Dems, if you feed and cloth homeless it makes it easier to harvest votes since they'll sign anything for food, clothing, or some money.

Unlike corporate bigwigs, the homeless are huge political donors.
