Wealth and income tax rates are pretty much separate discussions.

They won't be in the near future. When the middle class dissappears someone has to foot the bill it always has. The people without won't be able to.

Lol considering most all billionaires are Democrats, plus they will just find loopholes to get around paying the high percentage. It really doesn’t matter, hell they do it now!

The “middle class” has never “footed the bill”. Though their share has steadily decreased since the 1960s

Tax policy is important but it doesn't influence markets to the extent you think. There are too many other external influences to try to tie it to tax policy

I misspoke when I said markets, I was referring to the overall economy.

Because 90% of voters give you a better chance of reelection than 1%. That’s like marketing 101.

Which Income Class are you?
As of September 2018, though, Pew reported that 52% of American adults were in the middle class, according to 2016 income figures, with 19% in the upper class and 29% in the lower class. According to Pew, the data suggest that the middle class has stabilized in size. See the chart from the report below, for these later figures on how class composition has changed since the 1970s.

Just trying to figure out your stance on this.

Democrats, many of them truly believe the 90% are poor because the 1% are hording all the money to themselves...

So they believe extreme taxation is a way to offset this injustice

Everyone does. Let’s start with the nearly half who pay zero. Seems reasonable.

Because they have more wealth than the bottom 90% and can afford it.

So you don't care about equality?

So why do you believe in equal results for unequal people?

Right.
The sun rises in the east, sets in the west, and the "other guy" can always afford more.

Or we can deal with your beliefs.

What’s going on in Venezuela right now? Care to explain? What happened to all that free shite? Equality. Fairness. All those wonderful socialist ideals?
