Massie provides alternatives all the time, nobody want to listen to them because they all involve reducing military and entitlements.
We do not recover from 30 trillion debt without touching entitlements and everybody (Trump included) is too much of a coward.
As much as I don't care for Obama or Biden, FDR and LBJ F'd us over waaaayyyy more by creating an entire generation that will get angry if you even think about touching their retirement. Eisenhower has a bit of a hand in that as well.
I'd wager if you polled most gen-x and millennials, they'd be fine with saying "i'm not paying any more and i don't want it. no harm, no foul, keep what you've taken but I'm done with it."

I’d give up mine under certain conditions.
I never want to hear the word reparations again
I never want to hear DEI ever again
I want 1million conservative judges hired for one year to take on the illegal alien problem the dems caused.
I can think of more of course.

Thomas Massie is a problem.
A "problem" for those who demand and expect Rubber Stamped Gazillion Dollar Budgets, dopey nonsensical legislation, and Lobbyists who toss $$$ at Congress Reps like cheap whores at Vegas brothels.

Continually back higher spending, while criticizing conservatives for not cutting spending. It’s amazing to watch.

Bitches who understand what $37,000,000,000,000 debt means? Maybe those stupid bitches?

Indeed.
They are progressives. Just the nationalist variety.
Most are not far from accepting Bernie or AOC as their model

This. I feel like I'm watching Rome slowly burn while Congress and the POTUS play the violin. I'm not sure how Massie remains sane.

Massie voted to continue infringing on our 2nd amendment rights. He voted to continue taxing suppressors and forcing Americans to register with the ATF.
I care more about the 2A than a temporary budget. Budgets come and go. Our gun rights give us the ultimate solution to every problem with the government.
Of course, all you Massie apologists will never acknowledge his vote to infringe on our rights. I'm certain most of you would actually downplay the 2A's importance in order to defend Massie. Like Massie, though, you people are only capable of focusing on a single thing - spending.
Why are you "principled conservatives" not upset that Massie is infringing on the 2A?

I bitched properly when Trump wanted to dismiss our 2A constitutional protections.
You didnt.

The Republicans spent days compromising on the bill to make members happy. If Massie is making all these suggestions but still can't get any of them in during negotiations, doesn't that mean that he is just incompetent? Why were other Republicans able to get concessions but not Massie?
The only choices are that Massie is incompetent as a leader or he is so dug in on his principles that he refuses to compromise even an inch. Either way makes him an ineffective representative. But let's praise him for saying words, because that's what's really important.

The average R is 74

Pretty sure a libertarian who only attaches himself to the party for money is the exact definition of a RINO…

I would have voted no if I could have.
We need to slash spending like our lives depend on it.
