As for Trump's actions/words, I told you some of my predictions were wrong. But no, I don't think Trump is a Christian, I don't think he's a deeply patriotic person. Allow me this - can you point to any situation in which Trump did something that went against Trump's ego for the betterment of either (the US or Christianity)?
An example where Trump showed humility? Where he said "I got this wrong, here's why I changed course?" I'm not aware of any, but perhaps you are.

Policy wise Trump had 2 huge flaws, he was too willing to compromise early in his presidency and he was weak on the second amendment. But overall he was a preObama moderate democrat. Obama regime shifted the political spectrum to the point a moderate democrat with moderate democrat policies and stances is now viewed as a right wing fringe extremist.
A lot of folks were rubbed wrong by his personality but it was just a typical New Yorker personality with a better moral compass than most old money New Yorkers. A hostile press/media colors most folks opinion of him instead of judging him by his actions. It’s the 3rd -4th hand trolls that would love is policies and actions under almost any other name that just piss me off. Was he fake? Absolutely nothing we know about him seems fake.

I suppose it depends on what you mean. A moderate Democrat telling conservatives how nobody cares more about conservative and evangelical causes than he does is fake.
Now, most knew it was so absurd as to not really register are any meaningful dishonesty, but I still call that fake. I also don't think he has much of a moral compass at all, but if he aligns his ego with our cause some will argue it doesn't matter.
I think it does, but I understand the practicality of it.
