No…but the relatively few Spanish immigrants forced their beliefs and indoctrinated the people by gunpoint to accept their rule. They have systems based on European systems but that doesn’t make them “western” any more than Indian or South African people that were governed by the Brits.
It’s not a slight either - just a different culture. The “west” had a 1,000 yr head start.
What’s your definition of “western civilization” beyond being Christian? Did central/South America go through a Renaissance? Or have an enlightenment of reasoning and individualism? Develop self government? Inventions? Advancements in science?

Do I really need to explain the concepts of what western civilization and ideals entail as a contrast to western influence over a largely indefinous population?
Do you consider Mexico a western culture as it’s ruled by criminal cartels and bribing cops is a punch line?
ETA: as I read through this thread it’s obvious many people don’t understand what western civilization and culture is beyond religion, language or where you are on the globe. Start with the Greeks and work your way up.

You know that this is all just examples of culture progressing and culture is portable and adaptable by others, right?
Hispanics are part of that development and get to share in the Western past. Hispanics are a white ethnicity created by the spread of that culture
All of those questions, in the way you're asking, would get a "No" if you asked it of Americans. America was founded well after the Renaissance, enlightenment, etc., too. Same with Australia, New Zealand, etc.

Actually they fricked them and had kids with them. The Spanish didn't bring over whole families for the most part. Horny dudes still gonna frick.
Look, you're going to argue that's it's distinct and you can certainly support that in a number of ways but to say that South America has more in common with Africa or the Middle East is laughable. It's probably more correct to say that it's a distinct zone that's an offshoot of the West.

I don’t disparage Liberals, or Democrats. Leftists, however, are a cancer that is hell bent of destruction.
Sadly, the Democratic Party at the federal level is controlled at this point by leftists.
My liberal friends HATE what their party has become nationally.
