Barely.
The clearance rate for murders in these cities are abysmal. My local metropolitan city, St. Louis, decided to stop releasing clearance data.
So murders are up. Solved murders are down. Prosecutions are down. And they’re down to (I believe) two ADAs working violent crime for the city of St. Louis.

I’m tire of black on white crime especially when there is evidence of racism against blacks.
