You don’t know the reasons why they were fired. You are making assumptions to justify attacking Trump’s moral character.

Smaller govt.
WTF is the issue?

No issue whatsoever. There’s probably a couple hundred other commissions that need to go

The members of the Commission of Fine Arts serve without compensation.

They are volunteers.

There is no such thing in free or not costing money in the government. While a salary may not have been paid the sway they carry or the decisions they make certainly do.

The trend of firing anyone that isn't your personal yes man isn't an issue for some of you?

what makes you think this is happening now??

People get fired for not following orders - or not contributing anything of value to a committee.

Trump is known for inviting all opinions on a topic - discussing the pros and cons of each and then making a decision - now after the decision is made, if you work to undermine that decision - or do a 'slow walk' on implementing it - then you deserve to be fired.

I have no insight to this particular panel - do you??? - just because someone was fired - especially if they were appointed by the prior administration I am not concerned.

There is 100 times more discussion of merit of any decision is this administration in one hour than there was in the entire tenure of POTATUS.

Listening to inputs from the implementers is one of Trumps hallmarks.

IF you have some concrete information to the contrary - please provide.

I am pretty sure Trump doesn't give a frick about their opinion on his construction projects in DC

You didn't even know there was a Commission of Fine Arts before somebody told you it was very, very important.

Totally voted for it.

At some point, you're going to understand what that means. Today is not that day, I guess.

I don’t care at all. We are done allowing deep state bureaucrats to thwart the will of the people’s elected President, Donald Trump.

Where’d you pull this bullshite from? The commission of fine arts is shut down. You are fake news.

From their website.

quote:

Due to a lapse in federal appropriations, the Commission of Fine Arts is closed and the Old Georgetown Board Meeting scheduled for 1 October 2025 is CANCELLED. We will be unable to respond to any correspondence or accept any new submissions for review until the federal government reopens.

You are quite the gullible moron if you believe that Presidents have never fired members of their branch that didn’t agree with POTUS.
