If there are no charges for burglary or rape, then did it really happen?

These people are delusional. Don’t give them any legitimacy.

It at least incentivizes low level crime, because there are no consequences. It will likely also escalate to create more serious crimes, as criminals begin to think they are invincible to getting punished for crime at all.

400 lb woman doing a commercial eating an Oreo. I've just about seen it all. Good heavens!

Choosing not to prosecute low-level crime reduces crime" - NYC's Emily Gallagher (D)

Of course! There are so many examples proving that as true. Ohh.. wait a min...

Remember people..... these are the exact same people who also preface a claim by "studies say....". When saying you are changing the climate.

Crime on paper

Not actual criminal activity.

Sort of how if you expand abortion to 1 year post partum, infanticide rates would plummet.

So powerful, so brave. Unashamed of her "full figure," aka morbid obesity.

I guess we should ask her about major chain stores, like pharmacies' etc., are abandoning their facilities in downtown dark blue cities. But, they don't even call the looting a crime until it hits some astronomical number.

If you don't report major or prosecute felonies, I guess you could say that from a statistical standpoint. Those crimes still happened.

Now if you are talking about, passing more laws that make things illegal that were legal before, we can have a sane conversation.

If you don’t step on a scale you don’t gain weight.

Clearly her philosophy.

She's just talking about the stats. Actual crimes go way up.

What she means is when you don't prosecute crime or arrest people, crime statistics go down. It's sad how many people fall for this idiocy.

I read a study that said, if you give criminals the death penalty, they never repeat offend.

I think what she meant to say was when you don't prosecute crime, crime rates go down. Which is very true.

It is just like the town in Hot Fuzz. Hasn't had a murder in like 50 years. Just lots and lots and lots of accidents.
