When was the last time a Democrat of note was targeted by the FBI/DOJ?

Don’t answer Clinesmith, Sussman or anyone involved in the FISA abuse scandal, those people should’ve already been tried and incarcerated for treasonous activities.
Every breaking news the past 5 years involving the FBI/DOJ has been some BS related to a Trump acquaintance/associate. Most Americans with a semi functional frontal cortex has noticed this pattern and understands what the hell is going on. On the other hand there’s tens of millions of brain dead Americans who think the FBI/DOJ are saving the country from White supremacists.

Wiki - James Traficant - I just remember crazy hair and when I heard him speak it made me think and start to question how the way things were being reported vs how they really were/are.
He was maybe not red pilled but at least purple pilled. He seemed to be keyed in on both D and Rino's BS.
I do not know enough of what happened to him to end up in jail, but I plan on going down that rabbit hole.
Was he a victim of our American Stasi/KGB/Alphabet guys or was he also corrupt? Maybe both?

I don't know about targeted the frick out of, but it took a LONG time after they knew what was going on. He had the goods on many of them I would think.

I think Epstein was only targeted to protect damage to other people. It was sort of a controlled burn.
I remember Traficant seeming a little crazy, but believable about the corruption he saw.
Here is one that was a soft takedown. I always kind of respected Eliot Spitzer as he was one of the only people who really had the balls to take on Wall Street corruption. Somebody dropped a dime on him with the hooker stuff to eliminate the threat.

Hillary Clinton was targeted, they quickly found that while she broke every law in the book, that no reasonable person would press charges. Next big one was the hit on governor Whitmer in Michigan, only downside was all the democrats they were after were FBI plants. Now that I think about it, most FBI investigations involve democrats, but they are usually FBI plants.
