What would the Political landscape/America look like if Trump had never entered Politics.

I ask this question because I know a great many of you fap at the thought of Trump never having arrived on the scene to upset what was previously a perfect system.

So pro and anti-Trumpers tell me, if the GOP had nominated a Bush, a Kasich, a Romney, etc, etc, what would the state of America/American Politics be?

Who would be the thorn in the side of the establishment?

Who would expose the corruption?

Who would make these insane people on the Left/GOPe expose THEMSELVES?

The rotting and corrupt government system in DC would still be chugging along, less people would understand what the American people are dealing with if not for Trump.

Like a seemingly endless plain, surrounded by a bottomless abyss.

8 years of Clinton for sure and everything would have stayed the same as usual. nobody would have exposed anything the outrage at insanity would have taken longer to develop.

This.

If anything he woke alot of people up.

More importantly, he did more than any Politician in History to force these insane Leftists and RINO's to expose themselves as the insane grifters they really are.

Yeb! likely would have been pushed into the lead GOP spot by the media (please clap), then been soundly beaten by Hillary.

After that, who knows. We likely would have seen a strong fixation on "female empowerment" and proponing of the Clinton Foundation as the second coming of Christ.

I don't think it's too far a stretch to say the border issue would have quietly been ignored, but also we wouldn't have had the George Floyd riots as BLM would have had strong representation in a Hillary administration (thus not biting the hand which was feeding it).

Aside from that? Who knows.

Scouts would be so far to the left that the gov’t would be rounding up the right and putting us in re-education camps

I'm kind of waiting for the boards' Terminal TDS crew to show up and describe the American Utopia that would have been if not for Trump and his mean Tweets.

It would look a lot like it does today but there would be some milquetoast Republican in the wings with rehearsed and vetted, tepid and vanilla talking points. Then they'd lose and it would be the same old bullshite.

Also, assuming Hilary would be the POTUS, we'd have been at war with Iran for about 5-6 years already.

A continuation of the past 2-3 decades.

Window dressing issues being debated so that the public believes there’s a difference.

Meanwhile a lot of spending, a lot of neo-con inspired foreign policy adventures, the border being talked about but nothing ever done, lots of promises come campaign time that prove to be empty talk, and our “public servants” getting richer with each passing year.

And roughly half the country with the continued, uneasy feeling that something’s broken with our system.

I have often expressed that Trump essentially saved the nation - if only for one term.

All this shite would have happened with even more force had HRC won in 2016.

Trump was just a bump in the road for them - and they began planning on the day after the 2016 election to 'never allow this to happen again'
= continuous investigations and special prosecutors
= find a way to broaden the 'early vote option'
= hobble trump's agenda at every turn
= escalate the propaganda from the 'media' against him
= slow-walk every initiative he attempts
= set up 'sexual abuse' charges against him
= arrange for public protests at every event
= manufacture 'racism' instances for media tantrums
= mobilize the useful idiots in the university pipeline

If this board is to be believed, COVID was released by the uniparty to bring down Trump which resulted in the US spending trillions of dollars causing an inflationary spike and rate hikes.

So by this logic I need to blame Trump for the current state of the economy and my 5 dollar eggs. I mean that's how it works right?

HRC would finishing a triumphant 8 years of First Female President(tm) and Mayor Pete would be primed for 2024.

The Clintons would be crazy rich, too, somehow.

So, exactly the same as what we have.

Your definition of corruption intrigued me.
Things were normal
before Trump and that’s okay. I was not being oppressed by any “Elite”.
I was living a good life and I was happy in the best country on earth.
That’s a rational conclusion. This
Red pill, Blue pill nonsense is not a serious thing. Without Trump, I’d be happy and there would be more civility and less anger.
