I've never owned anything that Apple makes and that will never change.

That’s as weird as the people who camp out for their new releases.

Why is it weird to not want to be in a cult? That's what apple fanboys are.

I need ForeFlight to not be an Apple exclusive app.

Another phone would have to have features that clearly set it apart. Right now it's like a choice between a Chevy and a Ford, just personal preferences but basically the same.

No lie - I spent this entire past weekend watching review vids on the Iphone 14 and series 8 watch as I was finally about to make the jump back to apple for the first time in a decade.

This has me now looking at the Pixel 7 - just like that.

Apple leaving Twitter isn't going to kill Apple, but it will no doubt bring Elon into the phone market. And he'll come up with some mindblowing shite and suddenly, Tim Cook's pissing match creates another overnight competitor.

If I'm a big stockholder, I'm dropping some emails this afternoon.

I admit that Apple products are better but I prefer Android. And I can't stand Apple's politics and business tactics. No Fortnite, for example.

If android or someone else ever makes a communication app like iMessage I would switch back.

You've got it backwards. Apple iMessage is an outdated pile of Apple bullshite that it maintains to make iPhone users think it would suck to not have it. They refuse to upgrade to RCS messaging.

It's not the Android destroying the image quality. It's Apple and it's proprietary bullshite. Android to Android using RCS will preserve the original image quality.

What exactly is RCS?
RCS stands for Rich Communication Services.

It provides features like typing indicators, end-to-end encryption for one-to-one conversations, reactions, higher-quality media sharing etc. A modern messaging standard.

Apple knows what’s broken, it is their time to fix it.

It would take me a lot to adopt apple. I've had a couple of company iPhones and hated them. I think it's just more about what you're used to honestly. I could see why apple people might not want to switch to Android but I can't stand using an iPhone.

Apple products and services are top notch, so I don’t like the idea of going back to android. However, Apple removing Twitter from App Store would probably push me to Samsung.

Apple literally can’t remove Twitter. Even if they remove the app you can still access it via web browser. There is nothing Apple can do to stop you accessing Twitter.
