Everyone is missing the point on this.

I said above that all mass shooters are occultists. I went thru these case by case from Pearl thru Columbine…

Many of you are in denial that this is a real spiritual war.

And the death toll from these shootings is an extremely small % of gun violence as a whole

So you're not really practically answering the question posted in the OP

The last time violent crime was this bad in the country was the early '90s. Some might point to the ban on assault rifles in '94 as the reason for the drop in crime later that decade. The data shows a negligible drop in mass murders during the life of that bill.

As much as I hate to admit it, the drop then was likely more due to the passing of the Violent Crime Control and Law Enforcement Act written in part by then senator Joe Biden but had support from both parties. Details from wiki follow:

"The Violent Crime Control and Law Enforcement Act of 1994, commonly referred to as the 1994 Crime Bill,[1] the Clinton Crime Bill,[2] or the Biden Crime Law,[3] is an Act of Congress dealing with crime and law enforcement; it became law in 1994. It is the largest crime bill in the history of the United States and consisted of 356 pages that provided for 100,000 new police officers, $9.7 billion in funding for prisons and $6.1 billion in funding for prevention programs, which were designed with significant input from experienced police officers."

During that decade violent crime incidence dropped from 758/100000 to around 500/100000.

So as you can see, increased funding to the police, prisons, and prevention programs had a profound effect on violent crime. 3 strike legislation was also being passed at the time.

The answer is a concerted effort by the government to police the country effectively with actual repercussions to committing crime. This requires a backbone by all three branches of government and a willingness to not cowtow to the vocal minority who like to complain about an overzealous justice system but provide no other viable solutions.

The answer is not gun control legislation. The stats during the assault gun ban bear this out.

What is the answer to any kind of violence? The sad truth is humans can be a very violent species with thousands of years of history to prove it. Add on top of that the fact that we've allowed the destruction of the nuclear family, and removed God from most aspects of society (which are the two best deterrents to human violence) and you get stuff like mass shootings.

In the end, it's a dangerous world that will never be 100% safe (at least not until Christ returns). We've gotten way too comfortable with a false sense of safety, and now we can't understand why there is violence when violence has always been our nature since the dawn of man (or since Cain killed Abel if you're religious).

1. Impeach judges who hand out slaps on the wrist for recidivist predators in our society.

2. Conviction of a felony crime with a gun is an automatic 25 years in prison, with no time off for good behavior.

3. Strike all gun laws from federal, state, and municipal books, to include gun free zones.

4. National affirmative defense for using a gun to defend yourself or others, or to stop a crime.

5. Federal law to allow those teachers who wish to submit to proper training and evaluation to carry in schools to protect themselves and the kids.

6. State or federal requirements for securing access points to schools. It’s not rocket science, and it doesn’t have to look like a prison.

7. Legislation that includes fines and or imprisonment for mental health officials and law enforcement who fail to report and/or investigate individuals with known indicators for this kind of violence, and previous involvement/intervention with either.

Start there, and see what happens.

What is the answer to reduce these gun related incidents, whether it be the mass shootings or random shootings we read about daily?
Well, mass shootings and random shootings are mostly perpetrated by blacks.
So, the real question is: "What is the answer to black violence?"

Gun violence is a symptom of a much bigger problem. Violence has been normalized in all forms of media. I’m not saying censorship is the answer, but there’s a correlation there that can’t be ignored.

Maybe you need to get a gun and learn how to use it so you don’t become a victim of gun violence yourself. Or at least have a chance in the case it happens.

There is very little that can be done at this point.Society is self destructing. There needs to be serious prosecution of gun related crimes, apparently the will to do that is lacking. There is great need to improve mental health care, society doesn’t want to spend the money to do that.
The destruction of the nuclear family-how do you turn that around? There are multiple generations now of people raised without a family life where rules are taught and enforced, work ethic instilled and morality is taught.Gangs have taken the place of family ,thug life is glorified.Dems are constantly pushing victimhood and the idea they aren’t prospering is that “whitey” won’t let them.Nothing is said about getting an education and working hard to improve one’s lot in life.

When I was a kid I had a gun rack in my room with a shotgun,.22 and pellet gun(I was 12).Most of my friends had guns in their rooms also. When we had disagreements,we would duke it out.It never occurred to us to get a gun and shoot anyone. In high school some the guys had pickups with a shotgun in gun rack to go squirrel hunting after school.
We were all taught gun safety, there were never any accidental shootings except 1 friend shot the tip of his index finger off with his .22..

The thing is guns aren’t the problem, gun violence is a symptom of the problems in our society.Take away all guns, then it will be knives, baseball bats, anything that could be usd as a weapon.
Law abiding citizens will then have no way to defend theirselves.

Ah this question again! Let me correct this for you "what is the answer to evil violence?"
Firearms are simply a means in the hand of a human. Remove that mean and many other means will be utilized to accomplish the human evil.

This is the same response I use for each of these type questions..."Address the humans upbringing, social exposure and moral foundation All of these to which the government has supported and encouraged to destroy"

Gun violence - I have never met a violent gun.

Ways to reduce criminal behavior

enforce laws already in place
public stockade
bring chain gangs back to prison
allow prison to make money off of prison labor
return to dead or alive bounties
return to public executions

Most importantly, quit trying to medicate the fookin sickos, headcases, crazies,bi-polar, manic depressed whatever you want to call them. Need to bring back mental hospitals and lobotomies.

I have a brother that was diagnosed schizo/bi-polar/social anxiety years ago. He does well on meds but refuses to stay on them. Truth be told, if he were a dog, he would have been put down years ago. You call animal control for a crazy dog, they haul it away. Report a headcase ten times and then read about them shooting up a school. Priorities are all back asswards.

If you want any gun control you don’t belong in the Republican Party. You lack the simple understanding of 2a and shall not be infringed.

Our culture does not value life.

We abort babies with impunity.

We have destroyed the nuclear family via the welfare state.

We do not have comprehensive mental health care. We spend more money on Botox, viagra, acne, and cosmetic surgery than we do on serious mental illness.

We do not have control of our border. Lawlessness abounds. Many of our cities are Kabul with empty buildings.
We do not enforce the laws. The worst of human nature is allowed to proliferate.

More laws will not fix what is wrong with the USA. We ban the Bible and celebrate perversion.

No accountability culture is where we are.

You could stop the sell of every gun going forward and there are still enough guns out that the gun Violencers (made up a word) would find a way to get a gun. Car break ins, house break ins, etc., etc. So access to guns is not really a problem for the criminals that are doing the gun violence.

Unfortunately, I just really don't see a solution because two parent families is not going to happen. Concentration on education vs running the streets selling dope just isn't going to happen. I am not libertarian to the point of legalizing all drugs but until there is no profit to selling drugs, it will continue to be the driving force behind the gangs.

So, there is no solution ending gun violence.
