You’re getting downvoted, but you’re right.

Way too many vets in Texas. They'd make quick work of all the people that have only used a gun for hunting.

It's not a state issue. Hell, if only. That would be easier. Cleaner.

It's a City vs Everyone Else issue. All of this crap is in the big, blue cities. We have a situation where these cities are essentially trying to destroy the American model of governance (by getting rid of the State = 2 Senators and Electoral College, among other things), and what they're aiming for is a kind of neo-Classical Greece setup where City-States dominate the countryside and send out colonists to conquer surrounding villages. Why do you think so much of the American West has turned blue? Because it was colonized by Californians.

In a future Civil War, I think it would in fact be a lot like that.

Is this a per capita thing? Because I can think of 3 states, on a per capita basis that would wax that arse.

Theo Von did this with some of the guest on his podcast. The host and fans had some interesting takes, made for good content

I say we mobilize now and be ready to strike.

Years ago I went to rent "Gods and Generals" at a video store. The employee at the counter was from Pennsylvania. He wanted to know why so many people in the South were still interested in the the Civil war because it ended long ago.

I told him it was history. Also, I informed him he was mistaken that the war had ended. I said it isn't over. We have just lulled the North into believing it was over. When we strike again they will be totally unprepared.

Hell, 415 vs LA 1 is a clash in itself, with brusly flanking LA 1 from the south and 190 acting as reinforcements the north

415 takes it

Only legitimate competition would be California.

Due to sheer size, population, and resources California and Texas are by far the top 2 states in such a hypothetical. It would take great strategy for anyone else to topple either state.

My point being that another Civil War wouldn't be like the last... states against states. It would be cities against suburbs and rural areas. Gangs against Gangs. Tribes against Tribes. It wont be clean lines with clearly defined states as enemies. It'll be chaos and bloodshed and war street by street, block by block.
