I haven't watched this yet, but anybody remember when Joe Biden said he would announce a cure for cancer once he was elected? He never did.

What if doctors are putting people on medication that they really don't need?

Cures don’t mean organs don’t eventually fail. Look at Biden he’s had stage 4 for almost 3 years now.

This is simple first-order thinking. The reality is the longer a person is alive the more revenue they produce. Save a person's life with cancer in the 60s, and they will likely live into their 70s or 80s; then the healthcare revenue starts going up exponentially. The healthcare industry is better off keeping people alive as long as possible from a pure revenue POV.
Reality does fit a different conspiracy, though. If the idea is to reduce the population and decrease the average lifespan, then it does have some benefits; it doesn't include raising healthcare revenue, though.
A bit of logic and less feelings will let you see the error of your posit.

I don't think it's as simple as "Cures Do or Don't Exist." Or that it's about life or death illnesses alone. Is there a cure for ALS? Probably not.
Heart Disease? It's a combo of poor nutritional guidance and probably "slow" advances in medication on purpose. If we were a better society we could definitely reduce the impact of it. But Lobbyists. Diabetes too. For MOST people.
AIDS definitely should have been cured already. That one is fishy. they seem to be "close."

Curing cancer would destroy the medical industry no one person is bigger than the machine no matter how rich or famous they are, don't be naive
