I believe the conspiracy of pharmacy companies keeping curse out of peoples hands a lot more than I do the oil companies keeping the magic engines that can run on water out of consumers hands.

Companies have been working on it for years and would market a cure if the could. Hep C is a great analogy for this. Gilead came up with a cure for it and marketed it. Why? Because they wanted profits, and it made no sense to keep it off the market. They would do for AIDs if they could. They wouldn’t want ViiV beating them to the punch.
The same thing would happen for a “cancer” cure, which by the way wouldn’t be a single fix. There are many different types of cancers that require completely different approaches. If a company found a cure for pancreatic cancer they’d market it as fast as they could.

Watch the video I posted above about Dr. Burzynski. For certain types of "incurable " cancers that folks had and other cancer specialists told them treatment was a waste of time...... Dr. Burzynski's treatment cured them.
Cured them. Big pharma working through the FDA and the Texas Medical Association fought him for 15 years. The federal government even attempted to steal the patent he had on whatever way he treated the patients.
Its been a while and I don't remember the specifics of the story. But, yes... this Dr. had a 90% success rate on folks whobwere told they would die and the powers that be did everything they could to bury this guy. It's fricking sickening.
