Pres Obama, through EO, ceased all viral gain of function research by US Govt institutions. Fauci did not obey this order and offshored his work into a foreign enemy viral research facility. That would be for starters.

Lying to Congress seems to be a popular thing these days.

Conflict of interest (insider trading) by profiting from vaccine work and steering/controlling the work into his own interests in which he was invested. BTW, so were a lot of congressional insiders.

There are numerous issues regarding statements that he issued that would justify a good Tar and Feathering and run out of town on a rail.

Are you serious? He took both sides of every issue… masking, lockdowns, etc…. He completely changed the definition of GOF and vaccines in real time, all at the behest of pharmaceutical companies paying him millions in royalties while he was supposed to be guiding our nation through a deadly pandemic. A case could be made that he violated law by funding GOF through Chinese labs.

He was caught, via his emails, lying to the public and congress about lab leak too. I believe he knew about the vaccine’s shortcomings, as was recently admitted by Pfizer excess, from the beginning. Yet he continued to peddle a lie.

This is the problem. You can’t just watch what’s going on and realize Fauci is a crook. It’s plain as day without evidence. Just like the election.

Illegal? Well he lied under oath and continued to lie throughout the COVID19 pandemic to the American people. Hopefully if the R's get their shite together and conduct real investigations into Fauci and other bureaucrats within the CDC we'll learn the details of their criminality.
