More specifically, "I'm running in the same race as Trump."

So you still can't articulate anything. Got it.

I didn’t hear his speech but I’ve always liked DeSantis stance on social issues within his state. I don’t know if he thinks he can do that at the federal level because those practices should be state controlled and not federal laws. I don’t know what he thinks about foreign policy or economics. He’s supposedly for controlling the border, me thinks. We need sound economic policies and someone that can handle world leaders. We know Trump is a boss at both, so why take the risk with DeSantis?

No you didn’t. You didn’t cite 1 statement he made tonight and explain why you disagree. You made generalizations that stupid people make when they are confronted and want the spotlight turned away from them so they don’t get embarrassed.

Newsflash: no one respects you here so feel free to speak openly. No pressure.

If he was actually conservative at all there was absolutely nothing he should have issue with in that entire interview.

He can't say what he disagrees with as it will out him.

All Trump policies.

No original thought.

2. Use article 2 to reign in the politicization of the fed gov bureaucracy.

Another Trump plan.

3. Undo all of Biden energy disasters via EO then work in the legislature to fully dismantle and codify American energy independence.

LOL!

Again... Give me the original.

Totally. The thought of having an effective leader, who is not a bombastic sophomoric prick somehow scares them.

Sounds like projection.

Ronbots are either fat or old and insult others for the same traits.

And you probably voted for Romney in the primaries.

Well? I gave you 3 of his positions. No comment or don’t like that you agree with him?

Ronbot here. Not fat. Early 40s, is that old?

I have voted Republican in every election and Trump twice. Your point?

Are you just admitting you are an idiotic child with no attention span?

Who did you vote for in 2020? The libertarian? Biden? Surely not a bombastic sophomoric prick

Imagine saying that DeSantis, who can give detailed, substantive answers on any question on any major topic of the day, "can't think on his feet"!

It's stuff like that that makes me think DeSantis might pull it off. For some reason these dudes are lashing out with absurd overreaction.

See this is exactly the problem… I didn’t disagree with anything he said. That’s because everything he mentioned are policies that Trump also holds. However, he has not been tested on the national stage and is being funded by Karl Rove, Bush, and Paul Ryan neocons. These individuals were notorious for opposing Trump and his initiatives - why do they suddenly support a candidate that has virtually the same beliefs? He announced his run for President behind a screen while taking questions from supporters who handed him softballs to hit out of the park. He failed to mention how he would handle Ukraine which considering we just gave F-16s is a crucial political element to neglect in a Q&A. Not to mention that he just recently campaigned for his second term and then turned around and convinced the Florida legislature to change the laws allowing him to still be governor if he loses the primary. If he was all in, he would adhere to the rule of law, but DeSanctus shows he thinks he is above the law.
