What he says vs. what he will do are two different things. DeSantis is no different than Jen Bush or Anynof the rest of them. Do you remember Clinton, George Bush II, and Obama all saying they need to build a border wall?
Trump got half of it built with all of Washington DC against him and the media attacking him 24/7 for four years.
