Child tax deduction. We shouldn't incentivize people to procreate any more than they are. If anything give incentives to adopt American babies.

Restrictions on voting (land owners, iq test, idk exactly)
Free birth control and abortion for poor/low iq people
Drastic measures to encourage higher quality people to have more kids
I believe there should be some sort of baseline healthcare for all Americans, beyond the ER. People should go broke due to a medical event
UBI will be required sooner than most think and we should start talking about it now

Politically speaking, supporting teacher pay raises is NOT the same as supporting education.
Teachers and their unions usually have conflicting goals than students and parents. They actively fight every effort to innovate in the classroom and abhor any accountability.

If the government can have a weapons system a civilian that can afford it should also be able to purchase it. Also to vote you should pay taxes. Private business should be able to discriminate any way they want to.
