Wray's FBI led the MAL investigation targeting Trump. His agents sifted through Melania's lingerie. They strew supposedly classified documents all over a MAL floor, photographed them, then leaked them to the press insinuating that was how Trump was caring for them. Wray led sundry lawfare jewels targeting Trump allies. He spied on Catholics at behest of the DOJ. He knew he'd be publicly disgraced, and fired if Trump got back into office. He knew he'd be memorialized as a demigod if Kamala was elected. You suppose Wray was above bringing down the Epstein hammer on Trump under those circumstances?
You think any of those things are remotely possible?

I think the Democrats have finally reached the point where Bill Clinton has outlived his usefulness to the party, and they are only too happy to throw him under the bus now. That may not have been true when Biden was in office, because they never envisioned Trump getting elected again.

So neither of them was going to expose the "big club" if it existed.
As actions demonstrate, Wray was ready and willing to do Democrat's bidding. There was nothing whatsoever to prevent him from selectively releasing or leaking everything the FBI had on Trump without releasing a word on anyone else. In fact, Wray had every incentive to do just that.

Are people not reading the files. Trump turned Epstein in to the PBPD. All the victims told the PBPD that they had no sexual contact with anyone other than Epstein. Alot of the redacted names in that file are police officers and fbi agents.
