These retards haven't even published the proposed rule (their foot dragging will kill any effort to make it immediately effective as an emergency rule).

By the time the public comment period is over, it'll be Spring.

I don’t recall republican/conservative admins threatening states when liberal states passed laws they deemed fit for their populace eg.; especially in the realm of social policy which this IMO falls under

OSHA has no standing on this..yet...Congress has passed nothing to give OSHA that power

The OSHA thing was another false narrative put out by the Dems and the media ran with it

The reason there is no law, no executive order nor an OSHA regulations is because the Biden administration decided (as a strategy) to gaslight vaccinations through while preventing lawsuits. If there are no laws, orders or regulations then is very difficult to sue in federal court. The states, businesses, and/or organizations have to say 'NO' until the Biden admin either implements an order, regulation or congress passes a law. Presently, there is no federal legal basis for vaccine mandates. It simply does not exist.

That is probably the plan. It’s all smoke screens and bullshite manipulation with this regime.

Meanwhile, SJW’s will enforce an unwritten law.

Biden announced his intention in September to enact a new rule requiring all businesses over 100 employees to require their workers to get vaccinated for the coronavirus or lose their jobs.

The rule, currently being drafted by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), has yet to be released, although Psaki told reporters it would be released “soon.”

“Bottom line is, we’re going to continue to implement the law, which the president of the United States has the ability, the authority, the legal authority to do,” she said.

It's an administrative rule, not a law, Jen. There's a big difference.
