We have issues, and saying that doesn't ignore those issues, it's just that everyone has similar issues (or at least issues with as much of an impact) WITHOUT our economic production and international projection
And that the US can deal with change better than most countries. The US does so much so extremely well that it makes me wonder why anyone would want to live at the periphery of this empire. It is a far better life to live in the Imperial core than it is to be at its periphery. Indeed, that fact allows people to question the utility of the core itself. It doesn't make sense to try to tear that core down, especially given what could replace it. There is no utopia around the corner.

Utopian socialism is retarded. MMT is simply a way to achieve that which can never work.

You just described why Russia started this conflict in Ukraine over a decade ago
The ones at the periphery usually have some major issue (Islamic fundamentalism, Russia's bullshite, etc.) holding them back.

Nor will any amount of wishcasting that the rest of the world is right on the cusp of getting its shite together. We can look at the geopolitical reality right now and make some extremely safe bets about the future, especially with regards to the power of the US dollar. Why people continue to ignore those geopolitical realities in favor of some magical scenarios which require several massive changes in the geopolitical landscape is a consistently odd choice to make.

Lol I haven't espoused any MMT, especially considering they don't seem to understand that a central bank's purpose and a treasures purpose are two different things.

Oh for frick's sake, being concerned about a risk isn't wishing the risk to become a reality. Yeah, we're the smallest fatass on the planet, but that doesn't mean we shouldn't be looking at losing weight.

The US is just far better than the rest of the world in integrating immigrants that it poses a massive advantage.

Aren't you voting for a Dem? Or did Trump change positions? I can't keep up. The entire GOP opposes Trump yet they're RINOs and Trump is authentic. Lame argument again. Keep trying, little buddy.
