So I guess she doesn't want to be a nurse anymore? Because there isn't a single hospital or doctor's office that won't require a vaccine before the end of the year.

I am in the middle of the same thing. I had tested positive for covid last year, but never had a symptom. Received first shot of Moderna vax last week. 24 hours later started to have side effects. Severe fatigue, moderate fever, sever muscle ache, peripheral nerve pain with loss of dexterity in my hands. Most of the symptoms have decreased dramatically, but still have very bad nerve pain in my hands.

Denial of what? What experience have you had to base your statement on? You have no idea what she has seen, dealt with, and knowledge she has gained as a nurse to make her personal decisions. Damn, some of you folks are absurd!

No she doesn’t want to be a nurse anymore l. But she would like to have the choice
She does PRN right now anyways. Works 1 day a week most of the time, sometimes 2.
They are so short right now she gets paid 78 an hour when she picks up a shift
At the end of the day we can afford for her to quit. Being forced is a whole different situation
We are fortunate to be able to make that decision, many or not. That’s truly sad

The OP's wife was called an idiot for not taking the vaccine to keep her job. She was not being called in idiot because the vaccine is likely to positively impact her health, as one would normally associate with vaccine benefits.
