She just called and after a meeting at one of the largest hospital systems in Atlanta, if not the largest, she was informed they have until 10/5 to get the jab
She’s worked in icu or critical care 90% of the time. She’s worked covid first hand this whole time. It’s not something she is comfortable putting in her body based on what she has seen

Props to your wife for having the courage to put her foot down and do what she believes is right.

And props to you for picking a keeper.

She sounds smart to me. She will find something better.

Just had a friend come over this morning, daughter is currently recovering from child birth. He said a few of the nurses said they were quitting, we weren't even talking about the jab. He just mentioned it.

Hopefully she'll find a new job with an organization that doesn't bow down to this tyrannical government

Make them fire her or forcibly remove her. Better yet, go ahead and get an attorney game planning next steps. Fight this shite.

Tell your wife thank you for me (and hopefully the rest of the country) for having the courage to say no. Truly remarkable.

And congrats for catching a keeper. Dont be a dumbass and mess it up.

What exactly "has she seen" that makes her nervous about getting vaccinated?

We need millions of Americans to take the same stance. If you’re comfortable with the Covid19 vaccines, pick one and take it. If you’re not comfortable with the Covid19 vaccines…..just say no!

I don't think the democrats care if a bunch of healthcare workers quit. It drives up cost and reduces quality of care, making people more likely to accept the government coming in to "save the day".

Making them fire her is good advice. But in the meantime start looking for employment elsewhere. There are a lot of employers not doing the bidding of progressive Democrat party.

Nursing shortage is huge. The hospitals will fold on this quickly.

Wondering this as well.
Further, was she required to have a flu shot every year?

They're just bluffing. With the extreme shortage of nurses, there's no way they can let people go.
