A recent study shows that antibodies can leave a previously infected person in an little as 8 weeks. So please wear a mask, even if you’ve already had Covid.
You can catch Rhinovirus 15 times a year and there’s nothing saying you can’t catch covid the same amount.

I doubt the masks make much of a difference at all. I don't think any expert knows.
With that said, as a conservative that shares most of the same views as this board, I don't get the hatred and disdain for being asked to wear a mask.

It's a literal outward symbol of government lying and MASSIVE government power overreach. That's pretty much why.
Also, the huge batch of Karens posting repeatedly on social media about it are pure evidence of how easily manipulated the public can be.
All of a sudden, it's my fricking RESPONSIBILITY to wear a mask? Bitch(on SM)…..you've been going to public places, getting on planes etc etc etc your WHOLE frickING LIFE and there have ALWAYS been communicable diseases you could catch while doing so.

It started as a recommendation and now it has turned into people being forced to do it. Which as an American I completely disagree with. I know the risk of not wearing a mask as do others. Therefore as an educated individual I can make a decisions that fits the best interest of me.

Antibodies raised to ANY epitope of ANY virus or bacterium ALWAYS leave a previously infected person in as little as 8 weeks. This virus isn't behaving any differently from any other in the last million years of human evolution.
