re: "We can't let the terrorists win" - remember that old saying. Did we let them win?

Is your contention that the "terrorists" are responsible for our increasing surveillance state and runaway debt? Because from where I sit it's politicians that have saddled us with that shite. I would be surprised that your thread doesn't make a rational point, but you are you and it's become expected that pretty much everything you post is dog shite tier.

Are you suggesting that the war on terror wasn't a significant reason for these realities? It's pretty clear that our response to terrorism had significant impacts on both issues.

Again, I ask, are you trying to say that "terrorists" are responsible for our increased surveillance state and runaway debt?

Right after
they passed the Patriot Act and the NDAA and the warrantless wiretapping of US citizens.
Obama strengthened them all, and Trump and Biden utilized them
Yeah, terrorists won in 2003 and we have been living a delusion

In the aftermath of 9/11 I never would have imagined that either the US or Europe would let these 9th Century savages flood into the country.

Indirectly
Obviously our politicians own it
But they were reacting to a terrorist attack

Less than 25 years after 9/11, New York City elected a towelhead as their fricking mayor. Yeah, I think the terrorists won.

20 or so years later they own the American city that they killed 3000 US citizens and meeting at the site for prayers to allah.

Massive expansion of the surveillance state that has spanned across both parties and shows no signs of slowing down

I have absolutely no doubt a revolt is coming in this nation. Honestly a true revolution here and in Europe is the only way out. It might not happen tomorrow next year or a few years but it will happen. Just look at the state of this nation right now and you can feel it coming. Keep your eyes open and prepare yourself and family.

See, that’s racist
That cry is so entrenched that it’s causing insane national security threats
Remember the “Muslim ban”?
Denying entry from countries that had no or inadequate passenger screening/ information
Was deemed racist.
And BTW. Muslim ain’t a fing race

You've taken to many dicks to the head to be of sound mind and capable of reasoning through this.
So your thesis is that terrorists killed themselves with intent to make America a survalence state?

It’s not an issue of race, it’s about culture.
We can’t let them dictate that we commit cultural suicide because they continually force the conversation to be centered around race when there are legitimate concerns related to cultures that are simply incompatible with western culture.

I'm much more concerned with additional trillions in debt and the growth of the surveillance state are more pressing issues than a Muslim guy being mayor of NYC
While not directly correlated, Muslims should have no say in politics in this nation.
Hell, they shouldn’t be here period. By virtue of their child rapist worship and savage, barbaric ways.

The intent seems to be to generally weaken America. Are you suggesting they failed in this regard?

Perhaps. This just accelerated the course.
