That is fake.
I can confidently state that that is not an actual seizure.
People who fake seizures have no idea what they actually look like and believe that they are simply shaking of the limbs and body.
TV shows and movies do not portray seizures well.
Also, if she is pregnant and had a seizure, she needs to be in an ER now.
Pre-eclampsia/eclampsia is not a joke and it will kill her.
Unless she has epilepsy, which I doubt.
