Watching morbidly obese people in Kroger riding on scooters

You know who I am talking about.
Maybe since you can’t do anything with these people, we are just using them as an EBT pass through so that government money gets back into the private sector of the economy? Considering that many of them appear to have little financial discipline and even less impulse control.

I hears one today complainin' 'bouts da dorito chips she can't buy. She wuz aksin' the clerk how come. It was about to get violent up in there so I walk outside to get my Desert Eagle but my vehicle had been broken into by someone on a scooter.

It's very rare at our Krogers in Bossier but very common right next door at the Wal-Mart. I guess Wal-Mart has more junk that the obese like to eat.
