This board isn't going to understand that. While it was obvious someone was just talking shite this officer essentially just let them know they are aware. This happens all the time with social media posts and probably does pre-empt something that may go further. I'll cede that this probably does get into a grey area at times.

I'm not saying it's not an over-reaction, my point is the OP has started a habit of posting stories with false and purposely inflammatory headlines exclusively from a website (en-volve.com) with a history of dubious stories and people are eating it up.
I guarantee before it's all over half the people who have opened this thread will have upvoted the OP without realizing the thread title is complete bullshite and that the video is about something completely different.
I guess we're okay with that sort of smoke and mirrors now as long as it feeds our confirmation bias?

I would love to know who that woman was she was asking the name of. The cop clearly knew who it was and was protecting her.

1) “Am I being charged with a crime?”
2) “Am I being detained?”
3) “Do you have a warrant of any kind?”
If answer to all of these is No.
“Get off my property.” and close the door.
