Those are examples of cops that will come to confiscate your guns and enforce other unconstitutional mandates under the guise of ‘we’re just following orders’ to keep their precious pension.

Y’all still think law enforcement will be on your side when the shite begins popping off?
It will splinter just like the rest of the country.
The military too. You will have some commanders and soldiers that will follow orders from the government and kill their countrymen and you will have others that refuse to do so.

The problem here is "conspiracy" laws are a timebomb for free speech in the age of social media.
Take a hypothetical - you and I (actually, not this bullshite) conspire to commit a crime (this part is generally protected under speech laws, particularly if we are keeping it relatively abstract). I sort of chickenshit out near the last minute because I'm a pussy about jail. You continue on as though we're going to do it and take an overt act in furtherance of that conspiracy.
In most jurisdictions, you and I are BOTH guilty of the conspiracy at that point. You don't have to complete an act sufficient for a conviction of a misdemeanor or a felony (at least in some jurisdictions) on its own as long as our conspiracy was to commit a crime and either of us acted in furtherance of that criminal conspiracy.
Now, everyone and his brother knows this was a joke. Folks venting on social media. Essentially powerless folks.
But, because folks are scouring the social media sites for shite like this, and this commissioner has some small amount of power in his corner of the universe, this LEO visit gets made.
Bottom line: Get off of social media. They are only facilitating "process" crimes and "thought" crimes like something out of 1984. It's too easy to farm for stupid shite like this.
