We've had speculation in the past that certain n members of Congress, the media, etc are Intel assets (likely CIA) embedded there to help ensure certain outcomes.
There is zero doubt in my mind that Adam Schiff is one of those.

I didn't see Scavino's tweet that I just posted until after my CIA asset post, but even Dan correctly identifies Schiff as a clown ('Clowns in America' was an epithet against the Agency a number of years ago).

The ultimate form of wish casting, with protections of the speech and debate clause protecting him from the repercussions and consequences of constantly saying things that are materially untrue.

I forgot about the pardon. Damnit.

It's truly disgusting what they have twisted the constitutional protections into. I'd love to see a case go to SCOTUS to clarify/define what those safeguards truly are.
For those unfamiliar:
What people like Adam Schiff have done have used that protection to straight up lie on the floor of the house in the Senate. When called on it they just throw their hands up because they put forth the best acting job they could while they were delivering the lies.

The "Speech and Debate Clause" is a part of the US Constitution, found in Article I, Section 6, Clause 1, which protects members of Congress from being questioned or prosecuted in any other place for speeches or debates made within their respective legislative houses, essentially safeguarding their freedom to speak openly during legislative proceedings without fear of legal repercussions; it aims to maintain the independence of Congress.

Interesting about the Speech and Debate clause. Makes sense to have that for open debate, but I’m guessing it wasn’t intended to allow slander and outright purposeful deception!

I would like to hear him publicly define what the “mission” is that he keeps referring to.
I wonder if it is centered around taking down Trump?
Well…

Has the Supreme Court ruled on whether those actions are covered by the Speech and Debate Clause?

One of the few people for whom I will smile when he takes the long dirt nap.
There may well be worse people, but none of them enjoy it as much as this piece of shite.

Welcome to the senate you little bitch. You may not be staying long. You might want to put the barrel under your chin now.

PROJECTION at its very worst.
I bet this schmuck cried a lot harder when he found out that Ed Buck had gotten locked up. That meant that poor Shifty could no longer go to Buck's house and mess around with drugged-out black boys.

I would genuinely contemplate pissing on his grave. Actually making the trip and risking arrest in doing so.
