ETA- as in NN didn't exist prior to that? My concern is what these corporations will do when presented with the opportunity to milk even more money out of their customers when they have the ability to throttle and charge a premium to normal speeds to certain areas of the internet.
But lets just trust Comcast bc they didn't do that before.

I'm in favor of gutting the regulations as much as possible and letting corporations cripple infrastructure so badly that some future court or administration just shreds all those bullshite municipal exclusivity contracts and allows us to start fresh.
