From what I can tell you're the only poster paranoid enough to believe that.

How many people constitute the establishment? Can you name for us three members? Not just the pawns, I want three of the made men. Even if it's just your best wild guess, that's okay.

I'm seriously curious who you think they are. Surely you have some notion, no?

Voting is extremely important in local elections. Presidential elections not as much. In Louisiana, like many other states, your vote doesn't count.

I like contributing to the popular vote regardless, since it apparently matters so much to so many folks.

I'm pretty sure the evil global establishment is not interested in the Bossier School Board race. So, as long as I'm voting local for city council, taxes, etc. I might as well vote against everything left wing on the ballot....all the way up to Wash, DC.

Unwavering optimism.

I'm forever hopeful that someday the light switch will be turned on for someone.

Now it's your turn to answer my question: Why does it bother you, when it doesn't seem to bother you to read the same shite every day here on the poliboard from everyone else?

I do it to see Liberals go fricking nuts after the election. While your lot is out rioting, protesting, shooting politicians, intimidating people in restaurants we silently and efficiently cut-block you at a place call the polls and take you out.

If you assholes ever figure that tactic out the God help us all

At the very least, I am canceling out the vote of a bleeding heart democrat.

So, the evil global establishment isn't interested in shaping the minds of youngins.

Again, I ask, what exactly am I supposed to be worried about from these folks? They don't wield political power. They don't care about shaping minds.

What exactly am I supposed to be concerned about?

If my vote doesn't matter, there is no harm done in voting. If it does, I will be giving away my power by not voting. Better safe than sorry.

Because from time to time, whether its by their own ego failing them, or by Divine Providence, they slip up and the people can score a great victory against them.
How specifically did the establishment "slip up" to make this happen?

If the "evil establishment" had it's way then Hilary Clinton would be president. She had the money, the media and the political organization to win. But she didn't control all of the minds of individual thinking people. Hell, she couldn't even put away Bernie Sanders and Trump had no business if you believe the "evil empire" has total control...

You ask what are you afraid of....Tell you what....Go live in a nation where you have no vote and come back in a year and give us a report comrade...if you survive the re-education camps of course.
