It's entirely based on assumptions. Pinging cell phone locations, multiple ballots being dropped off, etc. all have reasonable, legal, and simple explanations.
This is just like the Ruby Freeman video of the piece of candy/Flash drive being handed across the table. A video with 1000 explanations, but people latch onto the one they want it to be without any solid ground to do so.

People take pictures of themselves voting all the time. Look on twitter around election time. A family member dropping off the entire family's ballots may take a pic to show his family he dropped them off.

bullshite. We have all these "family members" whose family doesn't trust them enough to drop off their ballots? Why give it to them? Why do the same people take multiple trips?
