Teachers union will vote for Trump if this means more working hours and no summers off!

the problem is a shortage of adults willing to take care of other people kids for minimum wage..
Correct. That’s driven at least in part by inflation which was driven by government spending.

Do you not think that we as parents we don't try to get help from our children's grandparents? Do you not think we thought of that? As a matter of fact during the summers, this is exactly what we did. Even after doing that, child care is still unaffordable.
You realize the democrats you vote for is the reason for inflation right now, right?

I'm pretty sure the check I wrote every week to the daycare says otherwise.
Sounds like you're doing the right thing. Keep paying for your goods and services like a big boy. Very proud of ya.

That's the way it used to be.

I guess every school district is breaking the law. So triggered.

What are they doing with their children today? I have no doubt these people exist, I just think the number is exceedingly small. When most people claim they “can’t afford it” and are already paying for it, they mean they’d like more disposable income. We already subsidize the lives of people in poverty (and many way above it).
They're living in poverty on welfare and/ or going into debt. Their children would have a better QoL with free market solutions allowing for a greater quantity and quality of options. Less regulation is good for pretty much everything the government has screwed up, and childcare is no exception. Subsidizing childcare, juts like everything else, when there are easier and better solutions is absolutely the wrong way to go.

How many people we talking about here? Are lots of kids age 5 and under just left on street corners while parents work?
I haven't authored a study on this personally, but others have. They are not hard to find. The families in poverty unable to afford childcare are living shitty lives, even if the kids aren't on street corners. Helping families improve their QoL with free market solutions should help prevent those kids from becoming car jackers when they're 10 and raising the next generation of 10 year old car jackers.
I think I'm missing something here. Are you against lowering regulations to lower the cost of child care and increase completion? If so, why?

You just don’t value the care of your child high enough.

And every school district in MN agrees with me because it isn't happening.
But for you to deny that he signed it into law is just retarded, but not surprising since you are a fricking retard.
I feel sorry for your kids and hope your boys grow up to be real men unlike their father.

Can you link this? I believe you, I just can't find the source information. It seems like there are a lot of different ways you can become qualified though. Doesn't look like 6 years of education to me, but I'm trying to see what this is actually a requirement for.

How about a tax deduction for a non working spouse to create incentives for a parent to stay home and watch the kids until a certain age?
Another good idea, unlike what Vance proposes even if you all want to make excuses for him.

Why?
My grandparents served as child care for four grandchildren spanning over two decades and they did so with two of those 4 grandchildren while owning a business.

Do you not think that we as parents we don't try to get help from our children's grandparents?
Meanwhile, as you're telling us what is not feasible, what won't work, what is not possible, Kamala proposes that my family, which has found solutions, pay for yours and your inability to find a resolution.

My in-laws help with the kids all the time. How is this out of touch with reality?

I feel sorry for your kids who has a father that is so gullible to believe that tampons are being put in boys bathrooms.

Nobody has to make excuses for him. It's common sense. Why should my tax dollars go to taking care of your kids? My wife and I had to make that decision 25 years ago. Childcare was costing us more than we could afford so she quit her job and stayed home with our first, second and third child. And we did it on a $50,000.00 income. Kids are grown, so she's back to working again.
