As I just stated in the post you're replying to, a demon and an alien, whether you believe in either, are two entirely different things, and I described those differences in the most simple of terms, because it really is that simple.
People are going to believe what they believe, but I don't believe in aliens, and I do believe the Bible, and I use what I know of demons from I understanding that comes from the Bible to deduce that what people think are aliens, are most likely demons.
And a whole bunch of other "sightings" are just made up nonsense, like blurry big foot off in the distance, we also get blurry "spacecraft" aimlessly darting around the sky.

What an odd question.
If you made "contact" with a demon, it wouldn't be the kind of contact you're thinking of. It would be a spiritual encounter, and it wouldn't be pleasant. But you couldn't make physical contact with it.
If you made contact with some "alien" creature and thought it was a demon, you wouldn't try to kill it, because you already would know you can't kill something that isn't physical. But if an alien creature threatened you, and you did try to kill it, don't you think self defense would be justified?
But why are you even asking this question?

I wish our politicians understood that it doesn’t help matters to even comment on these things as your enemies are going to amplify these clips to make you look crazy. Even if you believe this, which I actually lean towards, there’s no benefit to discussing aliens or demons.
I have all kinds of opinions on these things but my response would be “there are a lot of things in the world that defy traditional explanations. All we can do is investigate these matters and be transparent with the American people”. Then talk about something that matters to voters.

Almost zero chance he gives us actual disclosure.
One of two things will happen:

An alien could be biological but not necessarily. We are well on our way to creating an alien intelligence right here in earth in the form of AI. As far as your origin story for demons again these are just human terms for phenomena we encounter that we dont understand. What does "iving" in an ethereal plane really mean? A parallel universe? A form of reality that we just dont understand?
