None of those are "his" policies, although I give him credit for getting them done.

That's a plan, not a policy. I do give him credit for having a plan that's specific to the black community.

The Dems promote personality more than policy. Conservative policies are better for individuals and families. I just don't want Conservatives to fall into that. Stay on the policies.

Good reply.

Have y’all ever considered that HBCUs are always fricking broke (and woke) because they are an inferior product, constantly mismanaged, poor leadership, full of corruption, despite all sorts of freebies and advantages, and STILL can’t make it work?

Exhibit A: South Carolina St.

Trump can never give them enough.

Explain how they are not. Because they weren’t his original idea? Then name me someone else who actually made any effort to take them up and make them more than an idea. I’ll wait.

You are splitting hairs or just being disingenuous. Policies come from plans. Policies are simply plans in action. This is a silly argument that you’re attempting to make in order to not give him credit. If Van Jones can do it, I bet you can, too.

Van loses his mind once in a while, and makes sense.

I think we’re fully capable of both.

Van was so perplexed at Trump's win. He visited an Ohio factory town Warren, Ohio. He asked diehard dem voters why they voted for Trump...

They replied that after Obama shut down generations of well paid factory jobs they had to hunt to feed their families. They said dems wants to grab guns.

Now that VA showed us all they would try it door to door turning guns in. I see a Trump landslide.

NO president has made an effort to do it, which is why I said I give him credit for getting them done.

So 2016 wasn’t a white lash by Nazis against a black man?

When even a Communist and race-baiting POS like Van "Whitelash" Jones is saying something like this, any reasonably objective person with an IQ above room temperature should realize that President Trump has done a lot of good things for black people.

That's just it, though. Whatever else the jerk may be, Van Jones is intelligent. The typical black person would rather listen to a brain-dead knucklehead like LeBron James. That's why, even in the best-case scenario, 85% of blacks will be voting for a corrupt, career politician who often doesn't even know what day of the week it is.

Why is the world so freaking worried about black people? They're people just like everyone else, what is this... treat black people like they are all 3 years old?

Racist pandering.

Debate night he said the same thing and said it’s a great thing for black people that Trump and the right are reaching out so they don’t have to be confined to one party

He will back that up by saying though that while Trump doesn’t get credit for what good he has done he doesn’t want to hear about the bad dog whistling he does. And that he shouldn’t get one without the other

That’s pretty shocking after Vans elections night comments.

Is a corner being turned?

To be fair, Van did do a retraction piece on that 2 weeks after he said it. I think he did it genuinely as well. He probably woke up the next day and realized that there were millions of people who voted for Obama twice and then voted for Trump. A whitelash was most likely not the reason for his election.

With a caveat. Clearly aimed at reducing his perceived role.

When you only have a 1 year budget to survive on it influences your decisions. By funding them over a 10 year period, President Trump is basically forcing them to strategize how to properly run over a long term period instead of blowing through funds early. He's basically telling them that this amount is supposed to last you 10 years.
