It wasn’t Trumps fault, idiot. He had to pick candidates the senate swamp would approve. He could have chosen bleeding liberals as the only alternative.

Stop being an apologist, for what turned out to be a bad President. He got nothing done. He was a failure.

Did he stop the Trans movement, BLM, Critical Race Theory, China, The Covidians, Fauci, democrats stealing an election? No. He failed.

y are arguing health care workers working for a place that accepts medicare medicaid should be mandated the vax.

Why? Are those workers more likely to transmit Covid because their clients have Medicaid

the medicare and medicaid is a bully pulpit tactic to control a health care facility because they accept Uncle Sam monies.

THIS

He left the DOJ, FBI, CIA, DHS, NHS in a state that they continue to abuse their power over Americans.

I wish people would quit their fanboy opinion of Trump and look at Trump objectively as to how he performed. He was more likely to be constantly distracted by the media than he was to accomplish things. He needed to be less talk and more action. With Trump, all you get is talk.

If passed, this sets up corporations and companies for so much liability for weekly testing and masks:

-weekly testing is physical and mental abuse and harassment, lawsuit.

-weekly testing gone wrong causes nose bleed, workman’s comp, sue for damages.

-mask mandate for unvaxxed is a form of punishment and mockery, resulting in lawsuit for unfair treatment.

-discrimination for not taking the shot, required to wear a mask, resulting in lack of promotions, raises etc.

I cannot imagine being in HR or the legal team if this is passed. Everyday will suck for them.

They moved on from OSHA's mandate a while ago, unless you're talking about the mandate for healthcare workers in Medicare/Medicaid hospitals.

Justice Alito - "Is there any limit to this power?"

Not unless you and enough of the others in the black robes limit it.

I think that's the vote, but who is the killer? It's either Roberts or Barrett at this point. Kav seemed to at least take more issue with it than the others.

Its one thing for the Justices to argue the law but when they start lying about the fact that mandated vaccinations protect against Omnicron and the 750,000 new cases of Omnicron n one day is causing hospitals to be overrun with deadly cases than we no longer have a Supreme Court System just like we no longer have equal enforcement under the DOJ, FBI, CIA and all the alphabets including our.....

Beloved Executive Branch of pathologic lairs ....

Please watch the Netflix movie " Dont Look Up" for some parody on our wonderful liberal, progressive lying government

that was not even legally elected

No it doesn't.

Like, at all.

What it does set them up for is massive increase in costs, while losing a massive amount of employees and revenue.

Its absurd.

I need to go back and re-read the ETS but if I recall correctly, just GETTING Covid is not a reportable event, but Covid hospitalization or death is reportable.

So does every employee (vaxed or unvaxed) Covid hospitalization or death now open up that employer to unsafe workplace complaints?
