Is today actually the day edition...

Beginning of arguments, thought we were screwed, by end, thought we were saved... Waiting to release until pre-planned decision day doesn't give me hope.

Didn't they say today would be a decision day? If I understand correctly, we don't know what they are deciding on, but we know they are announcing some decision. Hopefully it's this.

No, nobody knows... Today is a set decision/opinion day on the calendar, so they will be releasing decisions on numerous cases.

People assumed since we haven't gotten something prior, that they may be waiting to do it with the others. Which goes against the urgency and gives little hope.

Yeah - it should'nt be that hard to write up the obvious response - taking this long makes me think they are trying to put more lipstick on the pig ==> looking at you, Sotomeyor.

Who controls the most Justices? Decision was decided before they even heard arguments.

I got no faith on anyone in DC anymore - I expect to be stabbed in the back every time I close my eyes.

Today is a big day for the future of the Republic. I’m scared y’all. I don’t like where this is going.

The only hope we have is they are smart enough to know that this mandate will plunge us into a Great Depression. Now they might want that, but it might also be too early to do such a stupid thing. If you plunge the country into a Great Depression the cuck republicans might stop being cucks when food is scarce and life ain’t comfortable.

I wonder if they waited till today to move in more protection into DC. If a silent rise in troops came in, then it's all being prepared for resistance that they think will follow.

Then there was absolutely no reason for them to do an emergency/expedited hearing on the Stay...

Again, absolutely astounding they don't realize what this delay is doing to workers/businesses in the meantime.

If you're going to screw the people over, just do it already.

Think they are holding out for a 6pm Friday news dump to screw over the country?

No, I legitimately think the most realistic explanation is that the dissenting side is dragging their feet on writing their opinions in order to inflict as much pain on the workers as possible. We know soto is an evil woman.

The Supreme Court has already failed time and time again as the actual check it was designed to be. This current supreme court is just a sad joke.

I’m starting to wonder if the Court may see February 9th as its deadline to rule on this.
