She also said that the union basically runs each facility, the "manager" has little power.

One of the very biggest sources of waste and inefficiency, but nobody deals with it.

Nobody.

A woke, libtard, union driven cesspool that contributes to election fraud.

Clean house and start over.

It’s not that easy to get rid of it. It’s protected by the constitution.

I think it’s time to challenge that in the US Supreme Court. If you read the constitution, it simply says the government shall establish post roads and post offices. We did that….constitutional obligation successfully met. It doesn’t say anything about maintaining and running post offices. The language in the constitution inre the navy says “establish and maintain.” If you’re an originalist, you’ve got to/should ask why that language for one is different from the other.

Don't dissolve it. Just don't fund it. The courts have no authority to order Congress to spend money.

Good. Privatized carriers are actually efficient. The USPS has been a joke for years.

And how is it that a taxpayer funded government entity that controls the delivery of ballots in our electoral process, gets to make political endorsements? Hmmm.....

It doesn't look like they're taxpayer funded.

AI Overview
The United States Postal Service (USPS) is generally self-funded, relying on revenue from postage and services rather than taxpayer dollars for daily operations, a model it has followed since the early 1980s. While considered an independent agency, it does not receive direct taxpayer subsidies for operations, though it has received pandemic-related funds and retains legal, non-tax, advantages.

Defund the organization that designed this atrocity.

Looks like what would pop out in 9-months if two trans mail-trucks fricked.

Uh, oh. You thought black unemployment was high already? These are people with only enough self-control to stay employed managed by other people with no marketable skills, other than the ability to read and speak English.

Challenging the wording might be a can of worms we don’t want to open, but interesting suggestion.

Something needs to be done.

When I was getting my passport, was talking with the branch manager and she told me what a waste it is every Saturday having to load up the truck and attempt to deliver mail to schools and offices they know are closed.

It pains me to say it but since my employment in 2014….its true….everything you read or see about DEI and woke policy is true and unabated at the USPS. They carry that shite on without pause or discussion. From “diversity “ promotion to “green and/or social policy”, to you name it.

My parents have a little ebay store and USPS is far better customer service than FedEx and UPS. Not saying I like the USPS but I have seen it firsthand
