You’re not quite the legal scholar. Detaining an illegal is very different than a criminal arrest. There is a ton of precedent. This judge is so far outside of the precedence there is absolutely no way her order survives.

Being here illegally is actively breaking the law. Its like if someone is in the act of robbing a bank and a cop walks in. According to the judge, they better go to the courthouse, get a warrant, and then return to arrest the robber.

If I'm Team Trump I'm ignoring all these lower court judges politicized rulings and force them to fast track these matters to the SCOTUS.....Jotato had no issue ignoring federal judges who tried to stop student loan forgiveness, Covid-19 mandates, out of control illegal immigration, etc.

Ask them if they are legal and show proof. If an ICE agent stopped me and asked, it would take about 2 minutes to proove I'm legal.
But lets be honest (impossible for you) ICE isn't just stopping random folks if they are citizens. They have probable cause. Besides, illegals don't have the same rights as a citizen does when being charged criminally.

One would think that the few liberals that actually aren't too far gone brainwashed would stop and ponder just why the democrats are fighting so hard to keep illegals in the country, and why they are fighting so hard to keep elon from uncovering fraud waste and abuse. Common sense would send up some massive red flags. Same goes for fighting g the requirement of having a new ID to vote.

Immigration court is not a criminal court. It’s administrative. There is no presumption of innocence or finding of guilt. It isn’t difficult to determine someone’s immigration status.

I thought they used cameras and facial recognition to spot people who were trespassing on federal property, and not just sweeping people up who were nowhere near DC.
