Send the whole family back. America is for Americans. Not foreigners who shite out babies in our borders or their alcoholic spawn.
Kick out everyone who doesn't speak English while we're at it.

Is that what “this board” is saying?

According to the law, you only need to ID if you’re suspected of a crime.

Incorrect.
You're wrong on this.
Even in most right to identify states an officer has to be able to reasonably articulate to you that you have committed a crime, are in the process of committing a crime, or you are imminently going to commit a crime. If they cannot do that in a satisfactory manner you have no legal obligation to present ID to them.
They will do everything they can to make you believe you have to, but you do not. Driving? You have to because it is the law that you have a driver's license on your person when driving a vehicle. If you're a passenger on a traffic stop for your buddy speeding or running a stop sign? Police have no business with you, and you have no legal obligation to provide identification to them.

No, I am not. You absolutely can be lawfully compelled to produce identification without any suspicion of a crime. Such a situation simply exists. You are wrong.

I understand that you googled this and got this response from that subsequent result, but immigration stops are exceptions to the general rule.
And besides, we have articulable reasonable suspicion in this case.

I wonder what brought him back to the states and how he entered. Strange case as it stands. Hopefully just a mistake due to the weird circumstances of his movements. Whatever it is, it needs to be handled quickly.

With every law there is collateral damage. That doesn't mean they should stop doing what they are doing.

Honestly, mistakes like this are bound to happen considering Mexicans are so uncreative with names

Uh oh.
Someone in ICE made a mistake guys.
We can just ignore immigration law now right? Open the border back up for another 15 million illegals?

Trump needs to tell ICE to cut this shite out.
Anchor baby was dropped in GA. Mom returned with him to Mexico for 20 years, then just as the Supremes decide to revisit birthright citizenship in May, Trump drops a perfect example in their lap before the review
Why in Gods name would Trump ever cut that out? This is the textbook case for dropping a civil war reunification process vs todays open borders, rapid travel society

Not applicable in this situation but you do realize this country has a territory where English is not the dominant language, right?

Every time you get stopped by a police officer you are asked to show your papers/DL/insurance card.

except for common sense. If you are doing nothing wrong, you should be happy to prove that. You nut job are disgusting with your games. People like you definitely need the camps so that we have one less mentally ill person to influence others.

Sounds like an anchor baby. I’m fine deporting him. I’m not one of these process obsessed bros. The dude speaks Mayan, deport his arse.

She created an anchor baby then raised him in Mexico and is now shocked when ICE mistakes him for being here illegally? That's not Trump's fault.
If he and his mother are showing his "Born in the USA" birth certificate, then sorry, the process should have been paused and more investigation done. Yes, it is Trump's fault (not him personally, his administration, the managers of this under him).
I support kicking out every single illegal that is currently here. I am NOT soft on this issue.
But issues like this make the whole damn policy simply look bad. Take a breath, don't rush this, and stop effing up which gives opponents of kicking these criminals out an excuse to point and say "this is wrong". Again, stop allowing yourselves to look bad due to stupid mistakes like this,

There are millions of illegals in this country, they don’t have the luxury of investigating every single one thanks to the continued policies of your party: flood the country with millions and fight to keep every single one here. I hope your families get culturally enriched by one

Not a bad idea and I would support it. But you/we will need to change the constitution to do it. Until then strict border controls and kick out those who you can find that are here.
Frankly I think the mistake they are making is not going after employers. If an illegal works for you, huge fine. When illegals no longer are able to get jobs they will go away. (Also have to match it with no welfare without a citizenship check-up).

Strict border controls only apply when he is president, it will change back to open borders under a Democrat which is precisely what you want. Again, you deserve to be culturally enriched
